Wait, let me rephrase that. Food can be medicine if you’re eating nutrient dense foods in quantities suitable for your body size, lifestyle, and goals.


Food can also be poison if you’re consuming chips, cookies, and frozen fish sticks as your primary fuel.


Let’s say someone told you that you can improve your health biomarkers, your body composition and your mental health by focusing on this one thing…


Would you do it?


It’s your nutrition.


What do you have to lose by making nutrition a priority (other than excess visceral fat, poor body image, high blood pressure, poor mental health, poor relationships with others, etc.). Those are all worth losing in order to gain better health.


Wouldn’t you say so as well?
